This fully online, 12-hour training course is designed to meet the State of Maryland’s mandatory certification requirements for security officers. Offered by Wall2Wall Security LLC, this course provides the core knowledge and practical skills necessary to begin or continue a professional career in private security. Participants will learn about the legal responsibilities of security personnel, Maryland laws, emergency procedures, observation and reporting, customer service, and basic first aid awareness. The course also includes training in communication, de-escalation techniques, and understanding the use of force within legal limits. Upon successful completion and passing the final assessment, participants will receive a State-approved Certificate of Completion, which is required to apply for or maintain employment as a security officer in Maryland. Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy 1. Course Registration: To secure your spot in our Certified Security Guard Training Program, you must complete the online registration form and provide the necessary payment. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to ensure availability. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your registration. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. 3. Confirmation: Once your registration and payment are processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the course, including dates, times, and location. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive timely updates and communications. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. 2. Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their training to a future date within the same calendar year without incurring additional fees, provided the request is made more than 7 days before the original course start date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. 3. Cancellation by Wall2Wall Security LLC: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future course date or receive a full refund. 4. No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the course without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 5.
